A hands-on Head Of Growth who can ideate, copy, design the strategy and launch experiments directly. Someone who speaks both data and persuasion fluently, and leverages AI tools daily to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed.
YOUR MISSION Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine. You will transition Paradox from a founder-led marketing approach to a brand-led, repeatable, data-driven engine. You don’t just manage a team, you get your hands dirty to identify growth levers and pull them yourself. Your obsession: taking a funnel, dismantling it, and rebuilding it to convert 2x better. You lead from the front, testing hypotheses, launching new channels, and showing the team how it’s done.
Responsibilities- Offer–Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched
- Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t
- Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence
- Architect Funnels and campaigns (Hands-On) – map out and oversee implementation, set up tracking, verify flows, and ensure the machine works before budgeting scale
- Relentless Optimization (CRO & A/B Testing) – design, launch, and analyze tests yourself
- Proactively hunt for friction points in the user journey; audit pages, propose fixes, and implement tests
- Design, launch, and analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, messaging
- Ensure tracking, data integrity, and learnings compound over time
- Channel Exploration & Scaling – identify next winning acquisition channels to maximize ROI/ROAS
- Grow by collaborating with the Content Factory to analyze ad performance and identify winning angles
- Growth Loops – design and optimize growth loops (product, retention, referral, content → product → content)
- Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion
- Identify constraints and provide solutions
- Leadership – manage Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM), provide strategic and technical guidance, build and develop the team
- Sales Alignment & Revenue Quality – focus on high-intent leads; align with Sales to improve lead quality
Tools you’ll master GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely
KPIs LTV / CAC ratio;
Funnel conversion rates by stage; X experiments launched per week
Desired Outcomes Conversion rates 2× baseline;
Growth experimentation runs continuously;
Predictable growth engine
- Experience:
ideally a minimum of 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments - Proven track record designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generated measurable improvements in revenue, activation, or conversion
