CNC operator

Overview

CNC operator job vacancy in Sharjah UAE. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1400 AED per month.

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and observe gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure accuracy and conformance of machined parts to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints or engineering drawings, work orders, or charts to determine machining operations required.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, optical comparators etc., to check part dimensions against the drawing requirements throughout the machining process.
• Test completed components using various inspection tools such as air gauges, surface plates etc., prior to releasing them for assembly.
• Make necessary adjustments in order to ensure that parts meet required specifications.

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential for the role.
• Knowledge of computers and basic programming skills would be an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or engineering drawings is essential.
• Must be able to work accurately under pressure while adhering strictly to safety regulations at all times.
