Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the metal coating plant, ensuring efficient production processes.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure adherence to client specifications.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Supervise and guide plant staff to maintain productivity and safety standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols.
- Analyze production data to identify and implement process improvements.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plant or production management.
- Strong knowledge of metal coating processes and equipment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
