About the job Inventory Control Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory/Order specialist to manage product sample preparation for our sales team. Responsibilities include sourcing and preparing packaging components from a large inventory. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Sample Preparation & Coordination
- Organize and prepare materials based on sales team requests.
- Retrieve and assemble packaging components from inventory.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of sample requests.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain stock levels and update inventory records.
- Document all materials used in sample preparation.
- Attention to Detail & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all samples meet quality standards.
- Organization & Timeliness
- Coordinate with departments to manage sample preparation efficiently.
- Work closely with the sales team to clarify requirements.
- Communicate with internal teams for timely stock availability.
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Follow health and safety guidelines during sample preparation.
- Properly store materials to prevent accidents.
- Mandatory Expertise
- Experience in inventory or sample preparation, preferably in manufacturing or packaging.
- Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role in a fast‑paced environment.
- Educational Background
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Skills & Knowledge
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail; familiarity with inventory software and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple sample requests and prioritize effectively.
- Quick resolution of discrepancies in sample preparation.
