We seek an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creative marketing and merchandising strategies. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a knack for problem-solving. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales of products, organizing promotional campaigns, and ensuring that all products are properly displayed in stores.
Responsibilities- Analyze market trends to determine the best product assortment and pricing strategies.
- Develop effective merchandising plans to promote product sales and maximize profits.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
- Ensure accurate stock levels in each store by working with suppliers.
- Plan promotional activities to increase customer awareness of new products or services.
- Cooperate with marketing staff to create promotional materials such as signs, flyers, etc.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences or dissatisfaction about particular items or services.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience in merchandising or retail management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
