Overview

Merchandiser - Part Time, Sharjah, UAE. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals who have the necessary experience and do not require accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for Indian candidates.

• Create attractive product displays that maximize space and highlight key features
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase sales and attract new customers
• Train store staff on merchandising techniques and product knowledge
• Monitor sales performance data to track the effectiveness of promotions and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of product displays to create an inviting shopping environment

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail setting
• Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles, techniques, and trends
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for visual appeal
• Flexibility to work part-time hours as per store needs
