Job Description:Merchandiser - 1600 AED
We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.

- At least 3 years’ experience in merchandising/retail industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Arabic (advantage)
- Expert understanding of retail principles and strategies
- High level of computer literacy in MS Office applications
- Managing product ranges throughout stores, ensuring proper display and stock levels
- Working closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement
- Ensuring effective communication of product promotions
- Analyzing market trends and developing strategies
- Monitoring stock levels and reordering as needed
- Evaluating and suggesting improvements to display systems
- Liaising with suppliers, negotiating prices and delivery times
- Assisting customers and gathering feedback
- Developing promotional campaigns to increase sales and brand recognition
