This is a full‑time on‑site Store Manager role located in Sharjah. The Store Manager will oversee all operations within the store, including maintaining inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels, and managing daily store activities. Responsibilities include leading a seamless customer service experience, training staff, managing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring the store meets sales targets. The role involves fostering a productive and customer‑focused environment while adhering to company standards and policies.

• Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Strong expertise in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Exceptional Communication skills for interactions with team members and customers
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills to address operational challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial
