Advanced Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across hospitals, clinics, and long-term care settings. The role requires a state LPN license, CPR certification, and 1+ year of SNF/LTC experience, with full-time, 12-hour shifts (6 AM–6 PM) and every third weekend rotation.
