Temporary Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to support a busy Capital Works team in Sheffield (S5 area). This is a 12-week temporary role, fully site-based.

Details:

Pay:
Up to £15 per hour

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Location:

Sheffield (S5) - on site

Start date:

5th January

Interviews: 22nd & 23rd December

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the team

Maintain trackers and ensure accurate data entry

Assist with team and client queries

Produce clear and accurate documentation

Support the team in meeting deadlines

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Excellent attention to detail and organisation

Strong communication skills
