OverviewThe Digital Health Hub covers a region of 1.4 million people affected by high levels of disease and health inequalities. Our team includes all regional NHS organisations, universities, many large and small companies, and patient and public groups.
Main Duties And Responsibilities- Provide the first point of contact for the Digital Health Hub, Trust and University staff, external stakeholders, patients and the public.
- Organise and service the Collaboration Board, Advisory Board and Annual In‑Person Plenary Meetings, including preparation of meeting papers, minute taking, compiling, formatting and issuing reports and ensuring action points are met.
- Assist with arranging internal and external events, including the annual public events and regular training events.
- Support the Digital Health Hub Manager with the administration and content for social media, website and other communication tools such as newsletters, TV screen information feeds and press releases.
- Develop internal administration tracking tools and team drives.
- Provide diary and schedule management for the PI and other members of the Digital Health Hub team as required.
- Carry out general administrative tasks such as expense management, travel bookings and purchasing card payments.
- Create and maintain membership lists, handling communications with members via email and phone, and processing data collection activities.
- Carry out other duties, commensurate with the grade and remit of the post.

Criteria- Good honours degree (or equivalent experience).
- Experience of servicing committees, including minute taking and following up on action points.
- Excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Office and Google applications).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven customer service skills with experience of responding efficiently and effectively to telephone and email enquiries.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing demands, be able to prioritise and work flexibly.
- Ability to develop creative approaches to problem solving, working flexibly as required.
- Excellent and demonstrable organisational and time management skills.
- Experience of event organisation.
- Ability to work to a high standard with attention to detail.
- Experience of developing and implementing administrative systems.
Grade 6
Salary £32,080 - £36,636 pro rata
Work arrangement Part‑time – 17.5 hours per week, 0.5 FTE
