Administrator – MLAS

Location: Ecclesfield, Sheffield (Haywood House, S35 9ZX
)

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent.

Salary: £24,153.00, Based on 37.5 hours per week.

About the Role

As an Administrator at MLAS, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high‑quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward‑thinking team where your attention to detail, organisational skills, and positive mindset will make a real impact.

We welcome applicants with experience in secretarial (medical or legal), customer service, or complaints resolution roles. However, this is not essential — we offer a robust training programme to support your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle internal and external correspondence (telephone, email, post)
  • Arrange appointments and manage schedules
  • Work with confidential and sensitive information
  • Prepare and format reports
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team
  • Manage competing priorities and perform well under pressure
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in secretarial, medical legal, customer service, or complaints resolution roles (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) — training provided on internal systems
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
