Employment Type: Full time, Permanent.
Salary: £24,153.00, Based on 37.5 hours per week.
About the RoleAs an Administrator at MLAS, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high‑quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward‑thinking team where your attention to detail, organisational skills, and positive mindset will make a real impact.
We welcome applicants with experience in secretarial (medical or legal), customer service, or complaints resolution roles. However, this is not essential — we offer a robust training programme to support your success.
Key Responsibilities- Handle internal and external correspondence (telephone, email, post)
- Arrange appointments and manage schedules
- Work with confidential and sensitive information
- Prepare and format reports
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Manage competing priorities and perform well under pressure
- Experience in secretarial, medical legal, customer service, or complaints resolution roles (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) — training provided on internal systems
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
