We have a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator (Workspace Coordinator) to join our team at the Sheffield offices of a world renown bank. The Workspace Coordinator is the main point of contact in the office for all things relating to facilities, providing assistance and answering the queries of anyone using the building. They will be involved in and oversee functions including the meet and greet of staff and their visitors, coordinating maintenance requests, and liaising with building management and service partners to create a seamless experience for all.
The Workplace Coordinator will also assist with space planning and logistics, onboarding new contractors, upholding health and safety standards and conducting regular audits.
