About the RoleWe're looking for a reliable, hands‑on, and enthusiastic Vehicle Service Assistant to support our busy workshop. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about vehicles, enjoys practical work, and thrives in a team‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist technicians with routine vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Move, park, and organise vehicles within the workshop and forecourt
- Perform basic checks such as fluid levels, tyre pressure, and battery condition
- Keep the workshop clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards
- Support customers and staff with general workshop tasks
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
- A keen interest in the automotive industry
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic mechanical knowledge (desirable but not essential)
- A full, clean driving licence
- A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
