Vehicle Technician - Volkswagen

As part of our workshop team, you’ll be at the heart of keeping vehicles in top condition. Ensuring vehicles are serviced, repaired, and maintained to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in making sure every vehicle leaves the workshop performing at its best. Your day‑to‑day will include:

• Carrying out detailed inspections and fault diagnostics
• Recording findings and recommended repairs clearly on job cards
• Communicating effectively with service advisors to keep customers updated

• Level 3 IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Proven experience as a vehicle technician
• Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties)
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly
• Customer‑first attitude

• Annual leave: 34 days including bank holidays, increasing to 36 days (after 5 years) and 38 days (after 10 years)
