Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Co-Founder. The Co-Founder will be responsible for defining the strategic vision and mission of the organization, developing and executing business strategies to achieve organizational objectives, building and managing effective teams, and fostering partnerships and collaboration to drive growth. The position also entails overseeing operations, driving business development, and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and values.

• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written, for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in sales and marketing to actively drive business growth and promote brand awareness
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to inspire and manage teams
• Resilience, entrepreneurial mindset, and capability to adapt to dynamic environments
• Experience in launching or scaling a business is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
