The role:

Delegate a diverse portfolio of domestic and commercial projects, including hospitals, schools, flats, office conversions, and more.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with Building Regulations.
• Provide technical guidance to clients, architects, and builders.
• Carry out checks and inspections on site.
• Report directly to the Building Control Manager.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Carry out thorough plan checks and inspections.

Person qualifications:

• Class 2D‑F or Class 3 surveyor qualification.
• Organised.
• Motivated.
• Great communicator.
• Relevant experience in a similar position.
