Video Producer; Freelance

You will be joining a supportive team which values our production talent as much as the huge names we work with in front of the camera. We are committed to diversifying the industry. We are a small but growing team, who think on our feet and have exceptionally high standards.

We’re looking for a freelance video producer to support us on new and existing shows including Miss Me? and Political Currency. You will be creating video content from our shows for social media clips, and full episodes for You Tube.

You will have a proven track record of creating entertaining and engaging video content for You Tube and social media. We are looking for a problem solver who is able to ensure we capture high quality footage every time. You must be able to shoot and edit your own footage, as well as manage remote recordings.

• Create video content from shows for social media clips and full episodes for You Tube.
• Shoot and edit your own footage and manage remote recordings.
• Ensure high quality footage is captured consistently.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver content on tight deadlines; some shows are recorded and turned around on the same day.
• Travel to locations as required.

• At least 3 years demonstrable, professional experience producing video content for social media.
• An understanding of different social media platforms and how to create content for them.
• Experience of using OBS Studio to record video remotely.
• Experience of remotely controlling hardware for audio & video recordings.
• Experience of using the Adobe Suite:

  Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Experience of using Sony FX cameras, lenses and lighting, and an understanding of shot composition.
• Using pre-made Adobe templates to follow and fulfil deliverables in a timely fashion.
• Strong editorial judgment.
• Experience of working with high profile talent.

• This is a fast-paced role. You will be a highly-organised team player, and a great communicator with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
• Some of our shows are recorded and turned around on the same day.

Based on skills and experience. We work on both a day rate and project fee basis.

This is a hybrid role. Our head office is in Sheffield and we have desk space in East London. Some work will be remote, but travel to locations will be required. In the past few months our producers have travelled to New York and Paris.
