A leading consultancy firm in Sheffield seeks a proactive CDM Consultant to provide advisory services throughout all project stages. This role includes delivering Principal Designer services, managing design risk reviews, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in CDM roles, strong understanding of design risk management, and effective communication skills. This position offers a salary between £45,000 and £60,000 along with other benefits, including a car allowance and 25+ days of holiday.
