Operations Engineer

We are a Sheffield based start-up providing expert engineering consultancy to a variety of clients and industries. We primarily focus on engineered product design, and work in a range of industries and contexts from biotech and medtech to water and heavy industry. As an Operations Engineer
, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement hyper‑optimized and AI‑assisted systems that enhance our R&D processes, focusing on manufacturing, systems, testing, and engineering workflow.

We value drive, culture fit, and a track‑record of engineering excellence and above all else, but the below competencies, interests, and attributes are extremely desirable:

• A strong background in hardware engineering.
• Proficiency in coding and software development, with an eagerness to learn new languages and tools.
• Practical experience with GD&T and fully defined engineering drawings.
• Experience in manufacturing and operations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
