The Role

The consultancy is looking for a Senior CDM Consultant to take the lead on complex projects and act as a trusted Principal Designer at early design stages. You will chair design risk workshops, influence design teams, mentor junior colleagues and support business development activity. As a visible and experienced Senior CDM Consultant, you will help elevate standards internally and contribute to shaping the future of the service.

Responsibilities

Lead Principal Designer duties across multiple complex schemes.

Chair design risk workshops and guide multidisciplinary teams.

Review design information and identify buildability and maintenance risks.

Mentor and develop junior consultants.

Support bids, proposals and wider business development.

Requirements

Strong experience in CDM and Principal Designer roles.

Excellent technical understanding and confidence working with designers.

NEBOSH Construction or equivalent, with APS membership preferred.

Strong client-facing communication and organisational skills.

Package

£55,000 to £75,000 salary.

Car allowance or travel package.
