Senior Electrical Engineer

Position: Senior Electrical Engineer (Permanent)
in Sheffield.

Candidates are required have a BSc and/or MSc in Electrical or Building Services Engineering and have vast experience completing electrical designs for education, healthcare, commercial and/or residential schemes using Relux, Dialux or Amtech.

It is beneficial for applicants to be close to achieving Chartered status and have experience managing projects and liaising with contractors, designers and clients to discuss project specifications and designs at sites across the region.

Candidates will be required to reside locally to work on a hybrid basis. You will be expected to work from the office for the first six months of employment.

Excellent communications skills will also be required to develop new business opportunities with new and existing Clients.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will join a supportive team based in Sheffield to complete electrical designs for education, healthcare, leisure, secure installations, rail, historical sites, infrastructure, residential, and industrial sites using Revit, Amtech, Dialux, Relux and AutoCAD.

You will also be required to check technical work, mentor team members and complete complex electrical designs for mixed use developments.

You will also be expected to deliver projects to time and budget, meeting Clients expectations and assist with site visits to meet and coordinate between internal and external design teams, clients, architects and contractors to discuss sustainable design concepts.
