I am supporting one of our engineering consultancy clients in their search for Electrical Design Engineers to join their Building Services teams in Sheffield. This client isn’t your typical consultancy, they are innovators who has collaborated to the industry for over 25 years, delivering leading engineering solutions that has real impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Support engineers in the design of electrical systems including power and lighting, data, security, and energy management.

* Deliver RIBA Stage 4–5 construction-level design packages through tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Dialux/Relux.

* Produce detailed designs, specifications, and calculations to support client work.

* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and projects by supporting with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams.

* Lead projects and develop your skills in technical delivery and project coordination.

* Support with client interactions and ensure projects meet the clients demand and exceed expectations.

What we’re looking for:

* Proven background in electrical building services

* Proven RIBA Stage 4–5 design delivery within the UK

* Degree or Apprenticeship in a relevant discipline

* Knowledge of relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Dialux/Relux)

* Beneficial if you are working towards Chartership (the company will support you in this
