Position Overview

Parkinson Gray Associates are the leading building services recruitment agency in the Yorkshire region, recruiting for both building services contractors and consultancies. Working within the white‑collar market, we have long‑term relationships with the leading businesses in our market. We have been engaged by one of them to assist with recruiting an experienced Mechanical Estimator.

• Collaborate with the senior management team to produce fast, accurate, and competitive tenders.
• Work closely with company clients to value engineer and offer solutions that add value to their business.
• Use estimation software to produce design and build tenders and act as a key part of the machinery feeding good, profitable projects into the company.

• Experienced Mechanical Estimator with a background in building services contracting and familiarity with large‑scale projects.
• Good engineering/design awareness and able to offer value engineering solutions to clients based on extensive experience in building services (HVAC).
