Workonomics is partnering with a recently funded B2B SaaS firm whose mission is to help companies break free from vendor lock . Many companies feel their most valuable data is held hostage by large database providers; this product is their way out.

⭐️ As Head of Engineering, you'll combine your background as an engineer (having worked with C++ commercially) with your more recent experience leading projects and / or people ⭐️

You've probably worked in a start-up / scale-up environment before, and you've had exposure to database system design . You're able to bring the best out of engineers, foster a culture of psychological security and are comfortable in front of clients. You see yourself as a coach as well as a manager.

• Lead a team of highly skilled C++ engineers
• Develop the firm's technical strategy in collaboration with the C-suite
• Bake in good tech standards and best practices as part of an ongoing drive to level up the engineering culture
• Contribute technically , especially to design / architecture decisions, PoC builds and in technical discussions with clients.

This firm just secured funding for the next 3 years and, with some huge client wins this quarter, has a chance to really accelerate their growth trajectory over the next 9-12 months. It's a very exciting time to be joining.
