Engineering Manager

Responsibilities of the Engineering Manager :

• Provide engineering input into land bids and appraisals, advising on risks and opportunities.
• Oversee technical approvals, utilities and infrastructure design to enable site starts.
• Manage and coordinate external consultants, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and within budget.
• Liaise with local authorities, planning bodies and statutory providers to keep projects on track.
• Lead the adoption process for roads, sewers, and other infrastructure.
• Support and mentor members of the engineering and technical team.

• HNC / HND / BSc in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in residential development or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure, drainage and highways.
• Proven ability to manage consultants, approvals, and budgets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach.
