Senior Structural Engineer – Sheffield
Permanent – Immediate Start Available
£55,000 – £65,000 + up to two paid memberships of professional institutions
, 26 days annual leave, flexible working hours
We are an award‑winning structural consultancy based in the heart of Sheffield. Projects include commercial, retail, mixed use and residential developments from £30m to £80m. We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer who is either chartered or near chartered.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare written reports and tender specifications
- Represent the company at design team and site meetings
- Mentor graduate and junior engineers to support team growth and development
- Deliver technical solutions, project management and team leadership while being client‑facing
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience
- Chartered or near‑chartered Structural Engineer (MIStruct
E or MICE) - Client‑focused approach with effective time‑management skills
