Chartered Building Surveyor – Leeds & Sheffield (Hybrid - x2 openings)

We’re working with a forward-thinking, top-tier consultancy that’s looking for an ideally Chartered / Senior Building Surveyor to strengthen their Leeds or Sheffield team. They’re known for blending technical excellence with a people-first culture.

From inception to completion, you’ll manage projects, advise clients and keep everything moving smoothly. More problem-solving, not just process-following. Clients will see you as a go-to advisor.

• Chartered (MRICS or equivalent) with consultancy experience under your belt.
• A track record of technical delivery and project management.
• Confidence with JCT contracts and the ability to keep multiple plates spinning.
• A natural collaborator that is client-focused, proactive and someone who enjoys building long-term relationships.
