ASSISTANT RESIDENT SERVICES MANAGER – SHEFFIELD

£30-33k Join a leading residential operator and help shape thriving communities.

We’re looking for an Assistant Resident Services Manager to support the delivery of exceptional resident experiences at a modern development in Sheffield
. You’ll work closely with the Senior Resident Services Manager to lead a team, drive operational excellence and ensure residents feel at home from day one.

• Lead and support the onsite Resident Services Associate (RSA) team
• Deliver outstanding customer service through meet & greet, viewings, parcel handling and complaint resolution
• Manage team rotas, resident events and communal spaces
• Oversee health & safety compliance, fire safety checks and contractor coordination
• Support lettings, inspections and tenancy management
• Assist with reporting, audits and budget awareness
• Champion resident engagement and feedback initiatives

• Shift 1:
  Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, plus Saturday 9am–6pm
• Shift 2:
  Tuesday–Friday 9am–6pm
• Shift 3:
  Monday–Friday 11am–8pm

• Proven experience managing teams in residential, hospitality or customer-facing environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for customer service and community building
• Awareness of health & safety and compliance standards
• Experience with events, lettings or property inspections is a plus
• Professional, well-presented and resilient under pressure
