You’ll be responsible for providing CFO services to ambitious £2–50M private businesses, supporting business owners to climb their Everest.

• Provide CFO services to private businesses (£2–50M) and support owners in strategic decision making.
• Grow and manage your own portfolio of client engagements with autonomy while being supported by a network of CFOs.
• Collaborate with your Regional Director and a team of CFOs/FDs in a collegiate environment.
• Deliver commercially focused finance leadership, strategic planning, and execution for clients.

• Qualified from one of the UK’s major chartered accounting institutes.
• Experience as a real-life CFO/FD (multiple roles welcomed).
• Strong experience in commercial finance, business strategy, and a track record of success.
• Superior ability to build genuine long‑lasting client relationships; act as part CFO, part advisor, part strategist and part partner.

Working closely with your Regional Director and a team of CFOs/FDs in a highly collegiate environment. The role is self‑employed, operating within a defined model that provides the benefits of being part of a team and a well‑established organisation, with autonomy in how you deliver outcomes for clients.

You’ll build a portfolio career, serving multiple clients with the flexibility this approach affords. You will focus on adding value for clients and growing your portfolio over time.
