Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with one of our Professional Services clients to identify a Senior HR Continuous Improvement Manager
. The role can be based on Sheffield, Bristol, Manchester and will report to the Head of HR Service Delivery supporting Global operations.

This is a brand new role responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of global HR processes. You will be responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing continuous improvement HR initiatives that align with the Firm's strategic goals. This is a delivery focussed role and would suit someone who enjoys being hands‑on. The Senior HR Continuous Improvement Manager will collaborate with various teams to streamline HR operations, improve the employee experience, and drive organizational excellence.
Line management responsibility for two HR Project Managers.
- Analyse current HR processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, including automation and standardization.
- Monitor the effectiveness of new and existing HR processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather feedback and implement changes that enhance service delivery.
- Collect and analyse HR data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement, via HR reporting.
- Manage HR continuous improvement projects from inception to completion.
- Manage the delivery of the HR BAU cycle firmwide processes e.g. performance, training etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR process improvement, project management, or change management gained within Professional Services sectors e.g Legal, Financial Services etc.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives within an HR environment.
- Stakeholder management experience at all levels.
- Proven experience of delivering sustainable and measurable improvement in efficiency and client service in professional services, financial services or law firm environments.
- Strong expertise with HR Systems – Workday would be a strong desirable.
