Contract: 12 months FTC

About the client: International professional services organisation requiring Senior HR Business Partners to support a complex client group of Partners and senior leaders during strategic change and transformation. Experience in Legal, Financial Services, white collar consultancy preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Partners and senior leaders, providing expert HR guidance and challenge
  • Develop and deliver people plans aligned to business and firm-wide strategy
  • Lead and support organisational change and transformation initiatives
  • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver commercially aligned people solutions
  • Deliver cyclical HR activities, including performance, reward and talent processes
  • Use people data and insights to inform decision‑making and measure impact
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives across the firm
  • Line manage and develop HR Advisors
  • Support complex and high‑risk ER matters in partnership with specialist teams

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner within professional services
  • Strong credibility and influence with Partners and senior stakeholders
  • Commercial, pragmatic approach with the ability to operate in ambiguity
  • Demonstrated experience in change, transformation and workforce planning
  • Confident using people metrics to influence strategic decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
