Polkadotfrog are a well‑established brand and have just opened a new office in Sheffield. We need a solid recruiter who loves building relationships and delivering thoughtful recruitment. This full desk role deals with a wide range of positions from Receptionists and Secretaries to Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service professionals. With many opportunities for growth, you will have the support of a close and supportive team, IT systems, and job board access to help you succeed.

As part of our new branch, this role is business‑development‑led, involving client calls, visits, and networking to establish a strong local presence. We pride ourselves on bespoke service, no shortcuts, and putting candidate care first. You will support candidates through every step of their job search and provide a consultative service to clients, ensuring people’s careers and work happiness remain at the heart of everything we do.

• Resourcing and interviewing the best talent in the local market.
• Attending networking events, client meetings, and taking job briefs.
• Developing your client base through calling, marketing, and social‑media activities.
• Matching jobseekers to vacancies, arranging interviews, and guiding both clients and candidates through the entire recruitment process.
