We are seeking a Cloud Cyber Security Officer to join the SBS team. The role requires an individual to proactively monitor, identify, respond to, and resolve security incidents; conduct internal technical and compliance audits; continuously improve security posture; collaborate across projects and stakeholders to advocate and implement best practices; mentor junior analysts; and provide IT security operational support.

• Proactively monitor and respond to security incidents, documenting investigative activities in ticketing systems.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO
  27001 and company security policies.
• Identify vulnerabilities and security risks across networks, operating systems, applications, databases, and new initiatives.
• Validate vulnerability findings and guide remediation efforts.
• Support managed services teams with IT security operations.
• Review and improve operational procedures; write and maintain new policies, and perform regular audits.
• Liaise with customers and external auditors to assure security controls.
• Review changes brought to CAB to prevent security weaknesses.
• Generate security reports for customers and deliver security packs to project teams.

• Experience securing cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Previous role as a Cyber Security Officer or similar within a large organization.
• Proficient with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques.
• Good working knowledge of networking technologies and operating systems (Windows, Linux, Solaris).
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and methodologies for security assessments.
