£90,000-£100,000 + Bonus

Great opportunity to join a scale-up Data consultancy as their Lead Analytics Consultant with a view to being their Practice Lead in the medium-term!

As the Lead Analytics Consultant, your role will balance across Analytics strategy, client engagement, and hands‑on delivery. You’ll be the bridge between business priorities and technical solutions, guiding clients from defining their goals to implementing data‑driven strategies that deliver measurable results. You’ll work across the full data spectrum, so experience consulting across Analytics, Data Science & Engineering is what you’ll bring to the table

• Lead end‑to‑end data and AI strategy projects, from scoping through delivery and adoption
• Run workshops with senior stakeholders to define priorities, metrics, and success criteria
• Translate business requirements into actionable analytics and technical solutions
• Identify where initiatives aren’t delivering value and redirect focus to higher‑impact opportunities
• Oversee delivery teams to ensure quality and alignment with client goals
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, raising technical and consulting standards
• Support business development in second‑stage client meetings, bringing the commercial insight needed to shape solutions

• Strong experience leading analytics and data strategy engagements, ideally with exposure to AI / ML
• Proven consulting and commercial acumen; you’ll be comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior business leaders
• Hands‑on delivery capability, paired with the ability to lead from a strategic perspective
• Passion for technology, AI, and innovation; not necessarily deep coding expertise, but the ability to see where emerging tech adds value
