Data Science Manager
We are seeking a Data Science Manager to lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics and AI / ML solutions. This role involves applying data science techniques to deliver actionable insights and build scalable data products.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement AI / ML and Generative AI models for predictive analytics and marketing applications.
- Explore solutions using LLMs, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
- Collaborate with data engineers on data quality, feature engineering, and pipeline optimization.
- Translate business needs into analytical solutions and communicate findings effectively.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and open-source tools.
- Experience with Generative AI frameworks and production-ready model deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Big Query, Azure, GCS) and containerization (Docker).
- Knowledge of predictive modeling and handling unstructured data.
- Experience with consumer goods or marketing analytics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
