Project Manager – Wipro
We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead digital transformation projects across a diverse global portfolio. This role focuses on delivery management, client relationship, operational excellence, and talent development.
Responsibilities- Delivery Management – ensure seamless delivery, deploy optimum project delivery structure post transition/migration, create quarterly project charters, maintain 100% adherence to schedule, quality, effort, and costs.
- Compliance – 100% SLAs, security protocols, audit findings, contractual obligations, and non‑compliance mitigation.
- Stakeholder Engagement – liaise between client and technical delivery teams, conduct product, quality, and ISO audits, and manage client relationships through regular meetings, QBRs, and MRM.
- Governance – build project dashboards, MIS reports, and monitor project performance metrics.
- Risk Management – identify and resolve early warnings, conduct risk reviews, and ensure zero surprise escalations.
- Operational Excellence – automate processes, deploy hyper‑automation initiatives, innovate for quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
- Team & Talent Management – forecast demand, hire and train talent, build internal talent pools, manage attrition, and drive diversity and engagement.
- Years of project management experience, awareness of PM processes and methodologies.
- Stakeholder and risk management, reporting, negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of technology platforms and infrastructure (servers, databases, middleware, etc.).
- Excellent oral and written communication with proactive delivery capabilities.
- Proven delivery of projects using industry‑standard PM methodologies.
- Decision‑making and problem‑solving skills; ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Experience with virtual global teams and remote collaboration.
- Banking and Finance domain experience (preferred).
- Experience with Jira (advantage).

Salary: £27,000.00 - £32,000.00 per annum (commensurate with experience)
