About the Role

Project Management with IAM expertise

Location:

Sheffield, UK
Type: FTC – 6+ Months
Mode: 2 days from office

Responsibilities
  • Manage one of the IAM work streams supporting the adoption of IAM across Global Business and Global Functions.
  • Work with the team using standard PM reporting practices ensuring JIRA and Confluence are kept up to date.
  • Support the team in understanding and unblocking problems preventing progress.
  • Work with the team to identify areas for continuous improvement across the program.
  • Lead assigned internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver on the agreed scope.
  • Engage with business and technology stakeholders to agree priorities.
  • Proactively follow up with project resources and ensure the workstream delivers to the agreed schedule.
  • Highlight any concerns with progress to the program manager to ensure delivery stays on track.
  • Effectively handle changes to plan resourcing and new requirements.
  • Provide weekly reporting of status, risks and issues across the workstream.
Qualifications
  • Good technical understanding of Dev Ops, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, cloud and on‑premise infrastructure platforms.
  • Previous hands‑on experience delivering IAM projects.
  • Good technical understanding of IAM and controls capabilities and requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills involving senior stakeholders.
  • Positive proactive team player working as part of a large program global team.
  • Good understanding of regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Inquisitive nature with a rapid aptitude for learning.
  • Proven track record of working with technical cyber security and operations teams.
  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Lead for a complex program or in a large organization.
  • Experience working with JIRA and workflow management tools and agile project management approaches.
