We're looking for an experienced Workday Implementation & Delivery Manager to lead a multi-vendor Workday implementation within a complex enterprise environment. You'll act as the central point of control across Workday configuration and third-party integrations, ensuring delivery aligns with business requirements, governance standards, and agreed timelines.

• Proven delivery experience on Workday implementations
• Strong background managing multi-vendor / partner-led programmes
• Knowledge of Workday configuration and integration principles
• Experience with formal delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills

• Leadership & Coordination – Ability to align multiple vendors and teams to shared outcomes.
• Communication Excellence – Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Critical Thinking & Risk Management – Proactive identification and resolution of delivery risks.
