This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to grow your expertise in Salesforce and data within a forward-thinking organisation.
- Handle day-to-day tasks : creating / running reports, importing data, retention processes, cleansing, maintenance, and advising on best practices.
- Work as part of a team to ensure compliance with Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, and DUA Act 2025.
- Monitoring existing intergrations to ensure they work and data entry is accurate.
- Liaise with internal teams and external consultants.
- Conduct regular testing, analyse metrics, troubleshoot issues, and optimise efficiency.
- Support Head of Data in training staff on best practices for data entry and management.
- Create and manage training materials and processes.
- Work with teams to segment data for personalised communications.
- Provide insights and analysis via reports, dashboards, analytics tools.
- Manage data to enable analytics and AI usage.
The post holder will report to the Head of Data and will work closely with the Data Team, and all colleagues throughout the organisation as data users.
Other Duties / Information- Attendance and participation in team meetings.
- Any other duties as requested by the Head of Data
