Join to apply for the Product Manager role  we embark on a major digital transformation journey, we seek a visionary Technical Product Manager to lead the in‑sourcing of our outsourced app development, building our own enterprise‑level, scalable B2C mobile app.

Project Leadership

• Lead the end‑to‑end digital transformation project with the Head of Engineering, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Build and coordinate cross‑functional teams of engineering, design, QA, and operations.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with senior management to define project goals and objectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Engage external vendors and partners as needed for smooth transitions.

Technical Expertise

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Ensure architecture and design of the in‑house mobile app meet high standards of performance, security, and scalability.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the project.

Product Development

• Define and prioritise product requirements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with overall company strategy.
• Conduct market research and user testing to gather feedback and iterate on product features.

Quality Assurance

• Implement robust testing and QA processes to ensure reliability and performance.
• Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, making data‑driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and support team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar, managing digital transformation projects.
• Experience building and managing a product roadmap.
• Previous experience (preferably 3 years) within a high‑growth, fast‑paced tech company.
• Deep understanding of IT, cloud services, and mobile app development.
• Excellent project management skills, proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
• Knowledge of cyber‑security best practices and data privacy regulations.
• Commitment to maintaining ISO
  27001 certification and high information security compliance standards.

The role is based out of our Cardiff office or hybrid, with expectation of travelling and working from our hubs across the UK and Ireland as needed.
