HANA Project Manager

Location : UK-wide offices with hybrid working

Our client is a leading consultancy scaling its SAP-enabled transformation practice in response to continued demand for S / 4

HANA delivery. They are currently delivering major multi-phase programmes with well-known global and UK brands and are investing heavily in senior delivery capability to support a strong pipeline.

This is a senior delivery role inside a fast-growing advisory team. You will take ownership of shaping and leading key work streams across complex S / 4

HANA programmes, ensuring delivery stays on track against scope, timelines, and budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Lead core work streams within large S / 4
  
  HANA transformation programmes.
• Manage workstream plans, scope, timelines, budget and delivery outputs.
• Assess delivery risks and drive issue resolution with clear decisions and actions.
• Troubleshoot complex delivery challenges across business and technical areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Contribute to internal delivery methods, tools, and thought leadership.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities across new and existing clients.
• Train, coach, and supervise delivery team members.

• Experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Lead, Workstream Lead, Cutover Manager or Test Manager on S / 4
  
  HANA programmeslin
• Strong understanding of SAP delivery methodologies and S / 4
  
  HANA implementation approaches.
• Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
• Experience leading teams of around 6 to 10 people.
• Prior consulting background.
