Product Team | Sheffield (3 days onsite) | Hybrid friendly | Competitive Salary

You’ll be embedded in our Product team, working side-by-side with Product Managers, Developers, Data and Delivery to shape intuitive web and desktop experiences. From discovery workshops and user research to prototyping, testing and refining — you’ll be there from the “hmm 🤔” to the “oh wow 😍”.

🧠 What You’ll Bring (AKA Your UX Superpowers)

• A strong grounding in user-centred design and UX best practice
• Confidence using Figma and modern prototyping tools (AI features = yes please)
• Experience running qualitative and quantitative research
• The ability to turn insight, data and feedback into smart design decisions
• Clear communicator, natural collaborator, brilliant problem-solver
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects without losing sight of the user
• A love for elegant, intuitive, human-centred design
• Curiosity about future UX trends, tools and innovation
• High attention to detail (the good kind 😉)
• Happy to work onsite in Sheffield 3 days per week

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff)

• Partnering with Product Managers, Product Owners and Engineering to design user-focused solutions
• Running user research, building personas and turning insights into action
• Analysing user journeys and behaviour with support from our Data team
• Designing wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes across multiple platforms
• Prototyping and iterating in Figma
  , validating ideas early and often
• Conducting usability testing to refine and improve designs
• Working closely with developers to ensure designs land beautifully in production
• Spotting quick wins and long-term opportunities
• Facilitating workshops and feedback sessions across the business
• Creating, maintaining and evolving our company-wide design system
