Optima Health are looking for a Fleet & Equipment Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our operational teams in Sheffield, S9 1BY
.

Salary: up to £27,000 p.a.

Hours:

40 hours per week, full time, Monday to Friday.

Support our operational teams by managing equipment, consumables and fleet compliance. From coordinating orders and maintaining records to overseeing fleet and mobile units, you will be at the heart of ensuring our services run smoothly every day.

• Coordinating equipment, PPE, consumables and medication to keep clinics and sites fully prepared.
• Managing orders, suppliers and purchase authorisations while keeping an eye on cost and quality.
• Maintaining accurate records of equipment, asset calibration and stock.
• Ensuring all equipment is cleaned, calibrated, PAT tested and fit for purpose.
• Supporting new site and clinic setups, including equipment installation and user training.
• Overseeing fleet and mobile units – MOTs, servicing, DVLA checks and inspections.
• Monitoring stock levels, cold chain compliance and responding swiftly to incidents.
• Working closely with Operations, Finance, Clinical and Legal teams to keep everything compliant and efficient.

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using IT systems and managing data accurately.
• Clear and professional communication with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Commercial mindset with a focus on cost control.
• Takes ownership, learns from experience and rolls up sleeves.
• Current, valid UK driver’s licence.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, with a proactive can‑do attitude.
