Cleaning Supervisor at Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, staff development, and delivery of routine scheduled and periodic cleaning for Mitie customers. You will ensure cleaning staff follow task schedules, health and safety procedures, and maintain excellent service standards.

• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning in line with service standards.
• Train and support cleaning staff on health & safety, task schedules, and use of equipment.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards and use of materials, and order supplies as needed.
• Handle issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to the line manager when appropriate.

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
• Good communication skills, reliability, and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work to a schedule independently.
