Branch Manager

About the Role

Join to apply for the Branch Manager role at MAN Truck & Bus UK in Sheffield. We are recruiting for a full-time permanent position.

In this role, you will strategically manage and develop all aspects of an MAN Branch
, focusing on delivering excellent customer service, parts sales and margin, workshop productivity and efficiency, to ensure profitability. You will maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and customers, promote learning, share ideas, and reward staff appropriately.

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in retail sales & service at a senior level.
• Previous success with team management or supervision of at least 20 staff across several disciplines.
• Detailed knowledge of the truck industry in terms of service, parts and parts sales.
• Understanding of balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow and standard business metrics.
