Performance Process Lead

Key Responsibilities- Process Optimisation and Improvement:
- Design, implement, and continuously refine performance management processes and frameworks across the organisation.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement using data‑driven analysis and process mapping techniques.
- Lead cross‑functional projects to streamline operational workflows, reduce cycle times, and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align process improvements with strategic objectives.
- Reporting and Performance Insights:
- Work with the HR Reporting team to create and monitor performance reports.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics dashboards to track team and organisational performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Establish feedback loops and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress on operational goals and identify emerging risks or issues.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for process‑related matters between operational teams, leadership, and external partners.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to promote best practices and process adherence.
- Communicate process changes, updates, and expectations clearly and effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
- Change Management:
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and adaptability among teams.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all operational processes adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies in the countries we operate in.
- Implement quality control measures and audit processes to maintain high operational standards.
- Investigate process failures or deviations, initiating corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Technology:
- Support the implementation of Workday Performance to support process automation and data analytics.
- Work with the Workday programme team specialist to ensure system updates are managed and coordinated effectively.
- Deliver training on performance processes and Workday to key HR teams as required.
- Champion the use of digital platforms and data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.
