Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Infrastructure Programme Manager capable of managing a £4M programme and engaging with demanding senior business stakeholders. The programme involves upgrading Dealer board infrastructure (software and hardware) across 23 countries.
Key Requirements- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure upgrade programmes (software & hardware)
- Mandatory experience with multi-country / global rollouts
- Strong leadership skills to lead, coach, and develop teams
- End-to-end programme management (initiation to closure)
- Practitioner of Agile methodologies for complex programmes
- Experience managing onshore-offshore and globally distributed teams
- Strong change management experience in complex technical and matrix environments
- Excellent stakeholder management, including engagement up to CxO level
- Ability to negotiate and align conflicting stakeholders
- Strong relationship management across global and multicultural teams
- Banking domain experience is essential
- Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure programmes within financial institutions
