As a Duty Manager, you'll work alongside the Leisure Facilities Manager, supporting efficient sport and leisure services for all users.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with policies, codes of practice, and government legislation regarding hygiene, health and safety, first aid, and staff and customer relations.
- Organise duty shift rosters and staffing levels to meet service requirements.
- Check equipment quality against health & safety standards and customer expectations.
- Open and close the facility according to the designated shift pattern.
- Lifeguard RLSS accredited training.
- Current pool plant training.
- Experience in a similar role and ability to work well as part of a team.
