Duty Manager

As a Duty Manager, you'll work alongside the Leisure Facilities Manager, supporting efficient sport and leisure services for all users.

• Ensure compliance with policies, codes of practice, and government legislation regarding hygiene, health and safety, first aid, and staff and customer relations.
• Organise duty shift rosters and staffing levels to meet service requirements.
• Check equipment quality against health & safety standards and customer expectations.
• Open and close the facility according to the designated shift pattern.

• Lifeguard RLSS accredited training.
• Current pool plant training.
• Experience in a similar role and ability to work well as part of a team.
