Role Overview

As a Deep Hole Borer / Machine Shop Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-specification components using deep hole borers, CNC, and manual lathes/milling machines. This role requires technical skill, precision, and a commitment to high-quality production.

What you’ll do:

* Interpret engineering drawings to produce accurate components

* Select machines and tooling to meet quality and production standards

* Maintain a safe, clean working environment

* Work to tight deadlines with precision and attention to detail

You’ll need:

* 2+ years machining experience in oil & gas

* Experience with deep hole borers and high-grade materials

* Knowledge of tooling applications, feeds & speeds

* Accuracy, problem-solving skills, and flexibility
